This morning I was in the kitchen getting ready for work and happened to look at my 29g. I noticed one of my black kuhlis hanging over the heater suction, thought the poor thing was dead. But luckily no, it was just having a nice rest

I have also noticed some of my BNs seem to love the heaters. Maybe some one has a reason why they do it. It certainly must be a lot hotter than any other part of the tank.

He does look dead!!! I think all loaches are silly fishies...clowns play dead too. Great shot, what are the chances of that.

as cool as the picture is i spent more time thinking "did she just say she was up at 3am to get ready for work?!?!"

Yeah, I work crazy hours...most days I start at 4am, every other week I work three days starting at 2am Good opportunities to check out the noctural fish though

Haha, gotta love the Kuhlies... even if they do eat pLANTS! grrr

I found one of mind lounging out sitting on his back all wound up in one of my plants one night. I took a picture but he had already started to move by the time I go back with my camera, still kinda cute though.
He looked just like a sun bather out at the beach!
