This is my aquarium, since then I have added:
some Vallisneria spiralis in the backleft corner and some red versions of the plants behind my DW and some kind of sowrd-like plant, But I really hate that plant behind my DW and I want to put something new, any Ideas??? I was thinking a Westria???

Any suggestions would be great.

I also put a very ugly Java Fern on my DW.
Thankyou In Advanced.

Still looking for what that sowrdlike plant can be sorry no Cam.

I would make some suggestions, but I'm not sure how much light (in watts) and what kind(PC, NO flourescent) you have over your 10 gallon tank.

Safe suggestions for most lighting schemes include java fern, java moss, and most anubias and crypt plants. Depending on your light though, many more could work for you.

My suggest is similar tell us the type of lighting and how many hrs it is on. Also get a list of plants that you like from you LFS, this will give us an idea of you likes and dislikes as far as plants are concerned.

PM me with your E/m and I will send you some aquascaping info. Plants can be very expensive if you make the wrong choice or fail to look after them corectly.

It looks like you will require lots of plants there remenber smaller at the front larger at the back also dont fall for the trap of having a "garden salad" that is too many different types of plants/colours 5-6 is a good average. It is ideal to have the lighter greens at the front and the darker towards the back and back corners.
I would also suggest that you paint the outside back of the tank a flat black water based paint. This will show of the plants and fish better.

Have a look in [link=My Profile] http://www.fishprofiles.com/forums/member.aspx?id=1935[/link] for my tank info

First of all, glad to see Keith back in the mix

xlinkinparkx - Wisteria will grow under lower ligths as well (but not too low), but like all plants it does better with medium to high lights (and ferts and what not). You for sure could give that plant a try. It is rather in-expensive and grows not too slow.

It looks like you have about 1.5 watts per gallon there. IMO that is pretty low lighting levels and would try to use the plants I already mentioned above. Anubias nana and crypt wendtii green would make good foreground choices. Java moss would work as foreground or midground depending on the size of rock/driftwood you tie it to. Many types of anubias grow tall and would make great background choices. Green hygro might be one of the few stem plants that will grow well and can be used as a mid/background plant.

Check out Keith's great planted tank "placidity" in his signature for some ideas. Most, if not all of those plants will grow in your lighting conditions.

Here are some sites for buying plants...but you can look at the pictures and try to ID yours.

Aquarium Plants
Freshwater Aquarium Plants
Aquatic Plant Depot

Those are all US sites, but atleast you can try to get an ID from them.

Tropica is a good site for finding plants for your lighting. You can go to the advanced search and put in low light. It uses the scientific names instead of common though, so sometimes you have to search for the names if you don't know them.

Are the plants (all the same) behind your DW real? They look like Ambulia. If that's what it is, I'm very surprised to see it look so well. I have mine in ~2.4wpg and it looks terrible. I'm gonna replace it soon.

Thankyou for the sites and please where shoul i put the plant, I bunched the red and green variations of it and put it in the back near the DW. But I dont know what to put in the mid or front of my tank.

PM KeithGH about aquascaping. He can give you some good links to the different types of aquascaping.

Here are some good examples to check out. It doesn't tell you how, but you can get the idea of plant placement.
