ok i have some black amazon sword and some echinodorus amazonicus, how can i get new plants from these plants?

Hi,
If you provide them with the nutrients and light that
they need, they should produce runners that develop nodules
along them and the nodules become the babies. The main
plant is then termed the "mother plant."

I once had a stalk of baby swords. The mother plant developed this rather long stick, straight up into the water column, on which then babty plants formed. These could be separated once there were a few leaves and some root mass.
