The short black tufts, or the longer green tufts? *Back in the saddle!*

Wingsdlc Fish Guru What is this? Posts: 2332 Kudos: 799 Registered: 18-Jan-2005	LF and Nowher, BUSTED!! When I first set up my 40G I got some wierd algae in there. I think it was hair algea but I am not very good with the different types because what I get in my tank is #1 not very much of it and #2 never looks like the pictures. Any ways.... Us regulars on the planted forum have turned going off on a tangent to an artform It keeps things lively anyway and your always guaranteed a well thought out answer with all the various scenarios trashed out. Beats a "yeah, should be fine" post anyday of the week. Anyway back on track I think you'll be fine with the 3 times dosage. You can run an airstone to keep oxygen high. Some days you're the pigeon and some days you're the statue. Remember that age and treachery will always triumph over youth and ability.

I do have an air stone also my internal Eheim also sucks in fresh air this produces a very fine bubble stream.
