Hi,
You, are THE animal that will be most successful in
removing dead/dying plant leaves from the tank. I know of
no other animal that will do it for you. A heavily planted
tank can be work, trimming, pruning, planting, vacuuming,
and removing any dead or dying leaves, all of it requires
you. No, especially in a heavily planted tank, you may not
get them all but you should make an effort. Sweep your
hands through the vegetation gently pushing the leaves to
one side while looking down from the top, and snip off and
remove any dead or dying leaves you spot.

Frank

Yes as Frank told you the human animal is the best for the job. I have a very heavly planted 5ft tank and I miss a few now and again but they usually float to the top or get caught at the filter intake. I try to remove them as they are dying before they drop off.

Have a look in [link=My Profile] http://www.fishprofiles.com/forums/member.aspx?id=1935[/link] for my tank info
