what i have now is a pile of rocks in the right rear corner which i intend to keep as is. but the rest is room to play with. i am looking to put maybe giant hygro center-left. i also want to put some pygmy crypts and petite nanas scattered across the front, but im looking for some thing to go into the back right corner. im open to any suggestions.

i like the rocks how you have them. i like wat your talking, id go for some false loosestrife( sorry dont knw the scientific name) in the left corner... its a very pretty plant, the newer leaves on it are a yellowy orang wheras the rest of the leaves are green and pinkish. another suggestion is to put a java fern in between the gap in the two rocks on the right.

id like you to put a black background on, and possibly some more natural coloured gravel.

Hi,
Please remember that what you are asking for is opinions.
IMO, the rocks are too large, too massive. They confine
the tank and make it appear too small. Perhaps "A" piece
of "A" piece or a few small pieces.
In a small tank like a 29/30G tank, I would go
with something(s) small to make the tank seem larger.
It looks like you have aluminium foil on the outside
of the sides of tank. I would get rid of that as well
and, perhaps, use black construction paper.

Frank
