I am using Seachem,s Flourish, nitrogen, and potassium for my Betta tank plants Info in "My Profile"
I can not use Co2 too much water movement
My question is how much and how often. After using it for several weeks what should the water peramiters be just to check if I have it right.

It looks like I will be changing 15Lt on a weekly basis from now on.

Have a look in [link=My Profile] http://www.fishprofiles.com/forums/member.aspx?id=1935[/link] for my tank info

Keith,

This chart should be legible. If it is not, you can find it here:

Seachem

The chart won't cooperate in posting.

Given your 45L tank, I would begin dosing:
Flourish 1 ml at each water change
Potassium 2 ml 3 times per week
Nitrogen 1 ml 2 times per week

If you do not have a pipette to measure ml, you can use the caps of the Seachem products. I cap equals 5 ml with each thread approximating 1 ml.
