	Eheim Ecco Maintenance

For filter media from top to bottom I have: Fine filter pad (white) ehfiSubsbtrate (a few trays full) Coarse filter pad (blue) How often do most of you change or clean the above media? My Scapes

I only wash my filter pads under the tap the rest is rinced in the tank water I am replacing at the same time. This includes cleaning all the removable parts. I also add Sera Bio Min at a measured amount to keep the good bacteria in its origional form. If you are not too sure contact Eheim at WWW.eheim.com.
