Flourescent Light problems | |
castlequest Fish Addict Posts: 661 Votes: 0 Registered: 15-Feb-2003 | One of the light strips on my 110g only works on one side. Each strip holds two 20watt tubes and on one strip only one of the two will light up. What sorts of things could be the problem? |

If it works, you have found the problem. You can pick up a twin pack of FS-2 starters for like 99c. If that doesn't work, switch bulbs. If that doesn't work, your ballast may be to blame, and you'd have to physically take apart the unit to replace it. |

Get an electrican to check it out for you . Yet again it could be the starters, or the connectors at each end of the tube.
