Fluval 204 | |
cory dawg Small Fry Posts: 8 Kudos: 3 Votes: 0 Registered: 10-Jun-2006 | Since fluval discontinued the 104 204 304 and so on, I picked up 1 of each at my LFS for the total combined price of $150!!!!!!!!! I can't wait to set them up. I always wanted to use canister filters. Real ones that is. I made some (home made) that have been great. If it holds water and it's glass I want it! |

Have a look in [link=My Profile] http://www.fishprofiles.com/forums/member.aspx?id=1935[/link] for my tank info Look here for my Betta 11Gal Desktop & Placidity 5ft Community Tank Photos Keith Near enough is not good enough, therefore good enough is not near enough, and only your best will do. Cory Dawg is right though, all 05 parts will fit the 04 series as far as I know at least, except filter cases. Retail stores everywhere will be blowing out Fluvals so if you've wanted one GO GO GO. the official launch for the 05 series has been pushed back to the fall but you may have noticed some stores already have them as Hagen Montreal is ready to ship and they have plenty of them! |

THey were about $60 cheaper on the website then in the store. I have never had a problem with them. You might wanna think about changing the hoses before you set them up. I found that with the ribbed fluval hoses after about 6 months, if you jiggled them a little a whole bunch of brown muck comes out. I recently changed the hoses out for some vinyl tubing from home depot. |
