Has anyone used an in-line reactor with a fluval cannister? I was thinking of doing this because I get a good deal on them at work. I know you can do this with Eheim cannisters but I wasn't sure if it would work with a Fluval. I might go to Home Depot today to see if I can get the parts for the reactor, but need to know if it would work:%). I did a quick search here and didn't find a similar post...

Thanks
matt

Matt,

I don't see any reason why you couldn't use the Flubval in-line with the reactor. The only question may be the gph flow...

Thanks Bob, but I found out today that we only sell the ones that have ribbed tubing so it wouldn't work, but we also sell the magnums which have tubing that would work out alright. I think I'll get one of these. It may be a little high for the gph, but I can just make the reactor a little longer/bigger and it should be okay.

Mmmm, Flubval, I wonder if that was a Freudian slip...
