Gallons (US) United States liquid unit equal to 4 quarts or 3.785 liters. So, since a UK gallon is 1.20 times larger than a US gallon, everything is affected by that same ratio, eg. a UK quart is 1.20 times larger than a US quart and so on. Its kind of confusing, its easier to just use the FP convertion that Edgar recomended. You cant really say a exact diffrence becasue 1uk gallon = 1.2 us gallons then 10uk = 12 us, then 24uk=28us. There not exact but you get the idea. -topher
