I'm thinking about getting a canister filter for my 20 gallon to replace the biowheel I'm using now. I switched to a canister on my 45 and like it much better than the penguin I had on there before.

I'm considering the fluval 104 or an eheim ecco 2232. The fluval is rated to 25 gallons and the eheim to 35. I've got an eheim ecco on my 45 so I'm kind of leaning towards that so I can use the same parts and media for both. I also like the fluval because it's a bit cheaper and comes with more accessories that I would have to buy seperately with the eheim.

What do you think??

Mike

Eheim all the way .

It's not that much more, and since you're already familar with the filter so you won't have to learn quarks of a new filter.

I just got an eheim, quite happy with it, much quieter than I thought they'd be!

I would say and keep repeating myself if you want quality there is only one way to go that is Eheim

I use the large Pro11 for the 5ft and the 2008 for my 31lt betta tank.
