pugperson Fish Addict Posts: 877 Kudos: 953 Votes: 293 Registered: 16-May-2003 | I was window shopping on ebay and saw several pieces of driftwood that I liked. But they were cypress. One seller claimed that cypress wood was beneficial for freshwater fish. *took this with a grain of salt* Am I getting cypress mixed up with cedar? |

It is extremly hard and very close grained, it also has a very unusual smell. As far as DW I have no idea.
