I just discovered that one of the Harleys in the tank has his eyes popping out of its socket!!! I am sick to my stomach, and i am very clueless as to what is causing it! I just did a 25% WC yesterday, and i will test the nitrAte in the water now...I will update soon, but will you please tell me what to do? I am under the assumption that it is the nitrAtes, but if it isnt, what shall i do? I read the profile, but i dont know much and what to do!!! Please help!

Here is a link that should help you to understand Pop Eye and its causes.

Melafix is for stress and not for pop eye. It "might" assist the other fish BUT it will not prevent or cure them if the problem is still there.

A full parameter test is certainly required plus all tank info in detail

Have a look in [link=My Profile] http://www.fishprofiles.com/forums/member.aspx?id=1935[/link] for my tank info
