Cloudy eyes can often be due to bad water conditions. What is your cleaning schedule like, ie how often and how much water?
Please tell us your water paremeters for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH. If you dont have the kits for any of these then take a sample to the lfs. Get numbers from them. Being told "water is fine" is not really acceptable. (and we have higher standards than many lfs's)

edit: just realised you havent given us tank size or tank mates. Please list this aswell.

Before you criticize someone walk a mile in their shoes. That way you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

I agree with Lindy a lot more info is required. Take a water sample to your LFS and get a full water test and post all the numbers given.

Have a look in [link=My Profile]http://

Its a 55 gallon with 75 gallons of filtration plus a bubble wall, and i has another convict, a male, a jewel, a parrot, a firemouth, a dempsey, and 4 giant danios

Is this a newly set up tank? An established tank should have no ammonia present at all. I suspect that your water quality issues are what is causing the cloudy eyes. No nitrate readings make me believe that the tank is still cycling.

What period of time is between water changes? I would suggest 25% weekly.

In my opinion you have too many fish for a 55g tank. Over filtering will not compensate for the territorial issues you will have with those fish as they mature.
