All other fins seem okay and its eating and behavior is normal? I had a trio of hoplo catfish that had an odd fin rot like this once. All other fish in the tank were fine. After trying to treat with Melafix, and with the help of people here we decided it was a bacterial finrot which I treated with tetracycline. (antibiotic)
Have you tried any treatment for it yet?

PS Love the dog in your av!

Before you criticize someone walk a mile in their shoes. That way you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

As Lindy suggested get a good Bacterial product and follow the instructions carefully.

Try to establish what caused the bacteria ptoblem. I would add a good dose of Stress Coat and some BioStarter to get the good bacteria going again.

Dont forget to remove any carbon while using any medications.
