	Anyone down under feel the quake?

It happened early morning so they were all sleeping and didnt know about it. Lucky it happened off shore or it would of caused some major damage! Apparently the area is quite e to getting the shakes. I think there is one Tassy member here, although I cant think who it is right now. Please forgive my forgetfulness! Before you criticize someone walk a mile in their shoes. That way you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

whetu Mega Fish Posts: 900 Votes: 63 Registered: 31-Jan-2003	Apparently it was the biggest quake in the world this year. So in the middle of the ocean is definitely the best place for it! A lot of New Zealanders felt it but only in the south. I'm in the north so didn't feel a thing. People reported it as a gentle rolling motion by the time it hit land.
