Happiness is........... | |
fish patty Fish Addict Posts: 539 Kudos: 223 Votes: 255 Registered: 04-Oct-2006 | We all know what happiness is, from the large things in life to the smallest. Happiness can be, "I'm getting married!" or "I found the sock that matches the one I wanted to wear!" I'm just curious as to what has made you all happy lately. I have three things that come to mind for me right now. Happiness is: Redecorating my tank & loving the way it looks. ( I went to the lake & found rocks & driftwood that matched the background of my tank, "rock canyon" & bought fake plants similar to the ones on the background. My tank & background blend into a 3-D effect.) Happiness is: Looking out the back window & seeing my new car (used car) hubby is going to fix up for me. Happiness is: looking out ALL the windows & seeing green everywhere, grass, bushes, trees & flowers. So right now.........what has made you happy lately? |

You don't know insanity until you're required to condense entire chapters from various textbooks into 20-word summary! The positive thing here, is I'm halfway through! It (only) took me the last 14 or so hours to do this. Happiness is also looking forward to seeing my boyfriend - only 5 more hours! |

fish patty Fish Addict Posts: 539 Kudos: 223 Votes: 255 Registered: 04-Oct-2006 | Happiness is finding a survivor! I bought some fish a couple weeks ago & they accidently put a ghost shrimp in there. I have a 55gal. community tank & thought he would just end up fish food. I've cleaned my tank twice & spent two days putting in large rocks & rearranging them (after all I'm female) Anyway..... I was just watching the tank & saw him! THAT was a miracle in itself! |

Not being easily distracted and putting off classwork, hurting myself in the long run. And not getting mad at myself because of it. Guess I screwed up. |

My baby is just the sweetest thing when it comes to animals...he loves them all and he loves to watch the wildlife shows with me on TV. He feeds his cats and his dog and he loves to play with them and he tells them all the time how much he loves them. He's almost 11 now and I think this is the best thing I could have done as a mother. "Beauty is in the eye of the beer holder." |

sham Ultimate Fish Guru Posts: 3369 Kudos: 2782 Votes: 98 Registered: 21-Apr-2004 | Every happy thing in my life seems to come with a catch no matter how big or small it is. I get a puppy! but not until august I hate being patient. This cute black and white half starved kitty showed up. I finally got him to eat and come inside. Then my stepdad set off whining about this stray cat being inside and chased the cat off. I haven't seen it for the past 24hours. There's probably dozens of other stuff that has happened in just the past week but it all comes with a catch. My luck the matching sock I found would probably turn out to have a hole in the heel. |
