Right in the middle of a queen size unless the cat pushes me over in the night.

Hey, I MISS my waterbed! Poor thing is up in the garage, all deflated and sad. You have no idea how very nice it is to snuggle into a nice, warm, heated waterbed when it's freezing outside. *pets her waterbed again* So !

Left side, not that it really counts, as it's a single bed. However, I tend to toss the comforter towards the wall (right side of bed) and the stuffed animals that decorate my bed when it's actually made - which is rarely - sit along the wall, so it kind of forces me to move to the left. My alarm clock is on that side, so it's easy for me to reach over and hit the snooze button. *shrugs*

It doesn't matter which side I sleep on, really. I've got a king size waterbed in storage *pets waterbed* and I can sprawl all I like over that. When my ex shared, we'd just sleep on whichever side we flopped on, or I'd sleep closest to the door, cause I had to leave earlier. And... well, it's one of those beds with the one bagful of water, so when you move, your partner moves too.

Oh, now I miss my poor waterbed. But... even if the floor would support it, it would mean I'd have to give up some fishtanks to make room... and let's just not go there.

Hi,
An interesting question. We too have a queen size bed,
and I have always slept on the right side of the bed which
is also the side closest to the door to the bedroom.
Partly because of the "protective" instinct, and partly
from a 20 year career in the navy where my feet hit the
deck and I'm on the run for General Quarters.

Regardless of what side you sleep on still after 29 years of Marriage (today) I still get told I sleep on her side. I can tell you two cats sleep on their side (that is where ever they want to) one cat snores. As long as I sleep who cares I dont wake up to see where I am do you.

I always sleep on the far left side (the very edge) and I always face the edge (sleep on my left side)...

When I was a kid, I always had one nightmare that plagued me, and I would always end up reaching out in front of me really quickly. Unfortunately, my bed was right next to a wall. By the time I moved out, I had left 4 dents the size of my fist in my wall next to my bed...

Now I just fall out once in awhile...

I sleep on the right side of my double-sized bed, because it's the side where I can reach the alarm clock.

Generally on the right. If I'm sleeping alone or napping (I work weird hours) I like to sleep on our couch. Very comfortable

I usually just sleep on the couch. No particular reason though.

I have a full size bed, I just don't use it.

If I'm sleeping at my g/f's or something it just depends, if shes getting up in the morning then shes closer to the alarm, if I have to get up I'm closer. I don't prefer a side, although I usually lay on the right side of my body.

If i'm laying on the bed on my back, I sleep on the right, simply because the BF needs to be closer to the wardrobe and stuff for the mornings as he gets up far earlier than I

I creep over to his side when he leaves

Single bed. So there's precious little space for a 6ft guy to choose a 'side' to sleep on
