My son (Nicolas) 15g tank..Re-aquascape! | |

We are going to re-aquascape this tank with some new ideas we have Since there are no fish in the tank we will have a lot of fun to aquascape this tank and we will make it various biotopes like Amazon,lake and river setup. We will add pics step by step and we would also like to get some ideas from you guys! Rob |

I'll be looking forward to seeing the end result of each new set up! In that first pic., that tall plant in the back left corner I believe is a Cryptocoryne x willisii, origin: Sri Lanka (Asia). Is that real or fake & where did you get it, if you remember? The reason I ask is because that is the plant that is on my background pic. of my 55 gal. tank. It's in photo booth, my two tanks, & you recently commented on it. I've tried to bring my picture theme forward into my tank & thought it would be neat if I could get that plant into my actual tank. |

Thats a real plant i can easy get those here..Cyprus that is We buy it from an shopping center that has an lfs and they get plants from Germany..very good and healthy plants. |

I'd have left it alone and as the smaller plants sent out runners, I would have guided them to help fill in some of the space between the small front plants. We have been very busy lately and no time to aquascape the tank yet..but we will begin tomorrow with the background and i will add pics as we proceed with the project. Some of these stones i will use aquasilicon so as to make the shapes of the rocks that i want! Some of the stones! |
