I am waiting to get some other fish (?) but I wanted to show a picture of it. http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/k_dubv555/detail?.dir=e4c1&.dnm=4a28scd.jpg&.src=ph (cut and paste link...sorry ) |

So instead of him flushing them down the toilet I told him that I will take them. I am not sure what I will put where cause I am thinking I may put the guppy in my 20 gal. But I am not sure how my betta would take to the guppy? So maybe the tetras? Still working on it but in no hurry. |

The neons do like to be in larger groups, but I'd start with the 4 and increase the school later. Going from 1 fish to a big number that fast can cause problems. Good luck ~~~~~~~~~~~~ There is water at the bottom of the ocean |

smapty Hobbyist Posts: 99 Kudos: 64 Votes: 7 Registered: 07-Jul-2005 | Yeah I am still trying to balance out my 20gal and 10 gal. SEE: http://www.fishprofiles.com/files/threads/19013.1.htm?0.6076027# So I may try to put the guppy (and three male guppy from my wife) in my 20 gal (not sure if I have enough room) and the four tetras in my 10. Whew Lots to try to plan but I am saving fish (and they are free ) SO I will keep ya all updated. |

You could also add a few Ottos once the tank has settled down and it has some algae for them to eat. My Desktop tank has a Betta and Cardinal Tetras photos in link Have a look in [link=My Profile] http://www.fishprofiles.com/forums/member.aspx?id=1935[/link] for my tank info Look here for my Betta 11Gal Desktop & Placidity 5ft Community Tank Photos Keith Near enough is not good enough, therefore good enough is not near enough, and only your best will do. smapty Hobbyist Posts: 99 Kudos: 64 Votes: 7 Registered: 07-Jul-2005 | So here is my question. This weekend I was able to save: 2 Red Phantom Tetras 2 Glow-Light Tetras 4 Khulii Loaches These were in the WORST unkept tank I have ever seen. So I put them in this tank and they are happy and feeding (which the previous owner WASNT DOING ) But I am not sure if this will be to much? I clean my tanks once a week so dont think it will be to bad. I want to try to put 2 otto's and 2 more Glow-Lights but this may be pushing it. What do you all think? |
