Switching heaters around | |
greenmonkey51 Fish Master Posts: 1571 Kudos: 1692 Votes: 5 Registered: 28-Jan-2004 | I need to setup a hospital tank but I dont have a heater for one. I have a bunch of heaters in all my other tanks but I need to figure out how to switch them around the easiest to free up one. Heres the tanks and heaters. Also I cant just go buy one as thats not a option right now. 125g- 2 300wt heaters 75g- 2 200wt heaters 55g 1 300wt 20g- 1 100wt 20g(hospital)- none |

One reason if you take it from one tank then use it in the hospital tank and decide to return it back again you could also be taking a hospital back into the origional tank. FRANK Moderator Posts: 5108 Kudos: 5263 Votes: 1690 Registered: 28-Dec-2002 | Hi, When you are moving the heater from the 75 to the hospital tank: Scrape any deposits off of it, and then take a damp rag with some chlorox on it, and wipe it throughly.
